jay came today said he’d inspect the carport roof panel, i left him out there….he PUT PANEL THE BACK IN, was here 30mins….then knocked on door asking for £450 !! said that was his callout fee & he’d come from ASHBY. i should have been told cost upfront !! so we had a disagreement 🤬 ended up settling on £100! he admitted he should have told me his charge upfront.???

Very professional. Was on time. Due to weather just got straight on with work that was required. Did a thorough job and was knowledgeable in how he came across and for me to understand. He came back next day to repair carport roof that was started by previous owner but badly constructed. Was able to fix repair to a very high standard. Would definitely recommend and will be using again in near future.
