Based in glorious East Devon and with over 20 years of experience in the TV, broadband, and telephony industry, I later transitioned into the Care alarm sector—installing care alarms and accessories designed to help people feel more secure in their homes. During this time, after speaking with hundreds of clients, I noticed a recurring issue: many people simply weren't aware of the wide range of helpful products available that could make everyday life easier, safer, and more comfortable, or couldn’t find companies to help.
That insight sparked the idea to start Supportive Living—a business built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe and confident in their own home, regardless of age or ability. From simple home safety devices to more tailored support solutions, my goal is to bridge the gap between everyday needs and the often-overlooked technology that can make a real difference.

Whether it’s installing grab rails, fall detectors, or other safety accessories—or helping set up and explain how to use home tech like video doorbells or Wi-Fi routers—I pride myself on delivering a friendly, professional service you can trust.
I can also assist in all aspects of the upcoming Telephone switch over be it allowing Telephones to be used in the correct rooms or issues with Care Alarms.
