Mould Damage Repaint for Flat
Stoyan of STK decorating is an excellent painter and decorator. He only specialises in decorating so is very knowledgeable and highly skilled in the profession, and he can always recommend the best types of paint for various surfaces. He was very quick and enthusiastic to give a quote for painting my entire 3 bedroom flat, and his price was very good value and the best of my various quotes. He also gave me a timeline by which he would be finished and met the deadline perfectly. We had a significant mould problem in the flat, so Stoyan and his team cleaned all the mould, plastered lots of cracks and painted all the mouldy areas with Zinsser, which is the best anti mould paint. They then painted the entire flat and radiators in Dulux White paint, and the wooden doors and frames in Dulux Satin Wood. The quality and finish is superb, and the flat looks brand new, bright and airy. Everything was cleaned and cleared up afterwards. All the furniture and fittings were protected from any paint splashes. I even booked STK Decorating to paint black metal railings 3 days later in my front driveway and they did a great job and even had a mat underneath to protect the driveway from spills. I highly recommend STK Decorating to anyone that needs decorating work to be done and I would certainly use them again.
