Steve agreed to come to assess and provide quote, I asked him clearly about any call out charges. he stated, i only charge for petrol to travel, its 20 mins drive, that is £2.50 to £3.00, however he missed to come and he texted me for coming on another day, he arrived on another day and provided quote, but asked me £30.00 call out charge, and he lied that he already mentioned me on the phone which is completely unacceptable and he started to argue with me without worrying about what he came for. he left my house after getting £5.00 from me, I was happy to provide call out charge if I was prepared to do so, however in this case, he did not communicate with me.

Steve was punctual and friendly. A part was needed to be replaced in the toilet cistern which he was happy to replace immediately. Slight issue when he left as water continued to drip noisily into the toilet. I rang him to come back which he did and quickly saw what the problem was and fixed it. The price he quoted me was a fair price. I would use Steve again.
