Was supposed to fix the extractor fan but didn't. Left a chip in my bathtub. Paid him the full fee but was promised a electrician to come fix the fan...never came

I was not happy with the job . Pipes still leaking even now . I thought he would change the pipes. Instead just tighten them up "Job done"! He charged me £120 I Asked him to come back to double check his work. He wouldn't.

Found Steve to be competent in his job. He fixed the washing machine pipe which burst a night before in just 2 minutes. He seemed to be an exceptional plumber, unlike the one from Emergency plumbing service who just came , switched off the tap, then charged me a fortune without fixing the issue. Will recommend Steve but a big No No to the emergency plumbers.
