The work was discussed with the tradesman and very good advice given as to materials to be used and the method of applying the materials to the roof for best advantage. The cost was agreed regarding my budget for the roof and was confirmed to be below my budget and documented to myself. The completed work was most satisfactory as to the complete sealing of the roof and to the tidiness of the work done. Altogether a most successful operation from contacting the agency to completion of work with a very professional tradesman. Well done!.
