At space we take back the old insulation raise all existing joists and then cut back insulation and then board over the top so the insulation isn’t disturbed. Small local business, very high level of work 100% satisfactory rate, only highest quality materials used to ensure longevity. Typical charge at £35 per square metre, which includes raising of joists and cutting in insulation and 18mm T reg tongue and groove loft boards inclusive of labour. Other non structural loft works can be undertaken I.e. drop down hatches installed as well as 3 tier aluminium loft ladders, and also insulating rafters and partitions
