With that being said all customers are sent a quotation before the works start and it is the customers decision to proceed or not. And all works we list to do in the quotation are completed to a high standard using the best materials on the market. Once again we apologise you are unsatisfied.

Did everything they said they would. Turned up on time to quote for the work, sent the quote and completed it within a week. Good job and left everything tidy
