Chimney Stack Rendering/Repointing
Came across as though they were good, Chimney stack done UP TO A POINT we can see where render is a different colour and lines runs where they have run out and had to do a remix, it was raining but they carried on regardless. clean up after completion was rubbish. Could not clean cement off of roof as they had no hose pipe roof now looks horrible. They said he would come back and sort it out. Phoned texted left messages no response after 2 weeks think they have now blocked my number. 2nd job clean drive and seal, clean patio he said his machine would remove all stains and spots etc from indian stone flags he said they would spray with fungicide and seal this area not done no invoice no photos and no response once again. The names bodge and dodge come to mind. We slipped up and took them at face value what a mistake MY ADVICE IS IF YOU USE THEM DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY UNTIL EVERYTHING INSPECTED AND COMPLETED

Paint & Scrape External Window Sills
I originally posted for painting of my exterior window sills and James made contact. Upon reading his reviews I discovered he was a roofer and I asked him to look at my leaking chimney when he came to quote. He went up onto the roof and took pictures to show me what work needed doing. Quote accepted and James and colleague arrived next day. They have done a great job of both the roof and the painting. I’m very pleased.. really nice guys, thank you.

Downpipe Leak Inspection & Repair
Excellent job from start to finish. Reliable, responsible and sorted everything agreed on (and to a very high standard). Both James and Anthony very professional and customer orientated. We are very satisfied with their work - removed a upvc downpipe cover and remedied blocked / damaged exterior communal pipework. Will definately use them again, when the need arises. Highly recommended.

Grass Cutting and Hedge Pruning
Brilliant service, initially enquired about my grass and bush’s been trimmed for a house sale every 2 weeks. They came around inspected and gave me a good quote for the job doing. As they were there they noticed there was a bush / ivy growing from the chimney pot. They gave me a quote to remove and repoint the roof. I took them up on the offer and was sent videos of the job been completed which they started in record time! Called Friday started Saturday and work completed on Sunday. Whilst on the roof it was inspected and a quote for more work was given, as we are selling we didn’t take up on the offer and there was no pushing from Skylark Property Maintenace, the quote given was a good price and if we were remaining in the house I would of had it done. I will use Skylark again for anything needed doing before we sell and I know the grass and bush’s are going to be done to a very high standard, I would not hesitate to recomend.
