Overgrown Garden Clearance & Maintenance
Did a fantastic job on an overgrown, large, steep garden, front and back. Texts after pricing up the job said that it would cost £130. On the day, I asked for Mr Khan's bank details at which point he told me it would be £150 as he had to pay tax etc. My husband has had a stroke and can't drive and I'm disabled which is why I couldn't pay cash. Needless to say, I was unimpressed. Later, as per my advert, Mr Khan contacted me about cutting the grass every 4 weeks. He wanted to charge me £130 and when I said no, he asked if I could afford £100. Having done my research, I know that that price is far too high. Again, he did an excellent job but Mr Khan, perhaps explain your pricing system to future customers.

I am new to this and don't have much experience in dealing with customers. As a business I got to calculate all factor in regards to running costs and tax ext. I understand that customers don't see this as and think that its only cutting grass ext. As a business we have to factor in all the running costs to be able to earn a living wage. I will always do by best to to keep prices low and provide a good service standards Regards S khan
