Friendly tradesperson. Hedge was cut but I found it a bit scruffy and rushed. Asked for one side to be recut. Cleared behind back fence which was done well. I asked for a shrub root to be removed but was only going to kill it with petrol which i was not happy about. Tidying up afterwards was not really to my standard.
