I explained to you on the phone that there was a few more issues that meets the eye and gave you a new price to rectify all the issues, and you gave me the go ahead. If I would have done the original job I quoted for via our telephone call then you would still have a leaking WC just not leaking as bad. I apologize if you feel that way and I hope you see where I'm coming from. Thanks

Sam the plumber, arrived at the promised time. He quoted a fair price and didn't delay when asked to do the work. He did a very good job and worked very efficiently and made as little mess as possible. He fitted a new mixer tap in my kitchen and installed two exterior taps but I understand he does all types of plumbing and heating work and I would not hesitate to employ him again. Excellent service.
