Simon came to repair a job which had been done wrong by someone else. As soon as he saw it, he could spot the faults straight away, so he knew exactly what he was doing. The previous person had done some damage which couldn’t be repaired, but Simon did what he could. Simon is friendly and replies to text messages very quickly. I was impressed with how he covered his shoes with disposable shoe covers, before entering. A lot of tradespeople don’t bother doing this when they should! I had a lot of tradesmen who texted me about this job and Simon was the only person who used my name in the text. I would definitely recommend him.
