Timon was very good with communication before the job and arrived at the agreed time. Very thoughtful and offered to wear overshoes. Completed the job with no fuss and had the right spares with him (I had got the wrong part). Very reasonable cost. Overall I'm very happy and would use Timon again.

He completed the installation of the ring camera on the 25/06/23... But unfortunately he damage the bathroom window. He said he would do the camera through the window...he must of loosened the hinges....so part of the window fell out ..and it's also damaged tiles on my porch roof. He expected me to pay 50% of the cost..told.him no as he caused the damage. Said he would get a window man to quote..he finally turned up 01/07/22. The electrican said he would come to measure the tiles. So far still not turned up .

Timon arrived at the time he said. He fit the box as required. He was flexible when asked to delay switching off the power to enable zoom calls to complete and talked through the changes made and he checked the device was working. He supplied an invoice for the completed work. He was friendly and open all the way through.
