Repair leaking chimney flashing and cap
Sam was very good to deal with. Turned up exactly when he said. He actually got up on the roof and assessed the job and took pictures to show me what was needed and explained why. Unlike other builders who tell you it needs everything without actually giving an up close inspection. Came and did the job exactly when he said he would and was very efficient. Sent me before and after pictures. Would recommend.

After speaking with Sam he came out within a couple of hours and completed a thorough inspection of my roof. He took a video to show me the areas that needed repair and provided a very reasonable quote for the work. I decided to go ahead and Sam completed the work the same day.
