Replace Toilet Waste Pipe & Valve
Asked for a quote to “replace” an internal waste downpipe . Cancelled first appointment due to transport issues. Came out next day and replaced a small section of copper pipe leading into the waste pipe and put sealant all around another area. They told my wife it didn’t need replacing )she knows nothing about plumbing) knocked a hundred pounds of the bill. We paid them £350 next day. That same day , pipe was still leaking. Kept making excuses for not turning up , mostly vans damaged , broken down etc 19 days later and still not fixed and water coming into my living room. I gave up called another plumber on my job quote. Came out same day quoted and completed the whole job next day. Asked S and N plumbing for some money back they got very aggressive and at one point says “ I know where you live keep an eye out” Took them to court and has a County Court Judgement to pay. Still hasn’t !! This is my experience. It’s all backed up with texts etc.

I take great pride in my work as you can see from my other reviews from new customers and customers that use my services time and time again. I attended to provide you a quote to replace or repair. You accepted my quotation to repair which i successfully did. When you reported an another issue in a different location which I have in writing I happily arranged to return to check this for you. I did not knock off a few hundred pounds this is not how I work. A quote was given and you accepted and this quote was not changed. I did not have my works vehicle for around one month not sure why you think this was excuses when it was true and I actually attended your property in a much smaller vehicle (a car)!so you did not have to wait. I offered to then replace the pipe at no extra charge to you as the first quote as a gesture of goodwill as you refused another repair which was easily repairable. You excepted this and I made you aware I could only carry out this work when I had a large vehicle - You agreed to wait in writing but the day before our booking you cancelled. I have never been aggressive to you in any way and I have not had any county court correspondence. I also have all this in writing. I will happily return to any customer who reports an issue but I do not appreciate fake and false accusations. Kind regards Nick
