We are a local family run building company with a combined knowledge of over 80 years based in Sandon near Chelmsford on the A130 with links to all local areas, We carry out general building works on residential & commercial properties which includes Extensions, Loft conversions, re-furbishment work & maintenance works, we carry out works in Chelmsford, Southend, Leigh on sea, Rochford ,Basildon, Thurrock, Romford, Grays, Rayleigh, Canvey island, Braintree, Brentwood & all parts of Essex, We employ all the same people to carry out our works with in house plumber, bricklayers, plasterer, Roofer, Electrician, Ground workers and carpenters.
We supply & fit new upvc / aluminium windows, doors, Bi-fold doors, composite doors & Roof lanterns.
We have our own trucks & plant.
We carry an all risk insurance policy for all works carried out.
Public liability insurance.
We adhere to all health and safety regulations.
We can offer a design and build package as we work alongside our architect and structural engineer from start to finish.
