    We are a small building company with over 40 years experience in all aspects of the building trade from building maintenance and roofing to lead specialists and heritage. We offer free quotations and if accepted we ask for payment in 3 stages .
    1st payment is for materials.
    2nd payment halfway through project.
    3rd and final payment is on completion.
    We can liaise with project managers/ building inspectors and architect.
    We work with you to make sure you get the best that is in your budget.
    It could be that you'd like a pergola built or perhaps another floor added and anything in between.
