I always make sure I do a clean and tidy job. I sheet up were necessary and make sure the property is cleaner than when i started work. I have been plastering and rendering for the last 25years and I know exactly what the customer expects. For plastering I leave a smooth even finish and a clean job at the end of it. When rendering. I constantly check the levels and straightness of the wall to give a perfect finish. And again ensure everything is clean and tidy at the end of each day. I charge a reasonable rate but can always do a deal.
