we specialise in boiler maintenance, repairs and boiler inspections. We also do all plumbing work, from changing a leaking tap to installing a bathroom.

Install Single Free Standing Gas Cooker
He was absolutely lovely, very friendly, did an excellent job. That was not the issue, he quoted me £70-80 for the job. We went out and bought the tube to connect the oven to the gas supply. When he got to the house he said asked if we were happy with the quote, I said £70-£80 yes. He stated no that this was th call out charge, and that it was £122.? I was like this is not what he had quoted. He had to get a connector to attach to the gas supply to connect with the tube, due to the gas supply being capped. I said that was fine, he also wanted a picture of the tube we had bought, he said that he was going to purchase another one incase ours was not the right one. Yup ours was not the right one. So now we had to pay for the parts which I agree with totally. What i do not agree with is paying a callout fee £70 + £52 to make it up to the £122 that he said is the actual quote ? Call out fee ???? This was on a Thursday not a weekend day. I was then charged for the parts £45 (agree), then another £55 ? What for??? to bring thus to a grand total of £225 to connect an oven to a gas supply. I truly feel my daughter whom is a single parent was absolutely taken advantage of.

Annual Gas Certificate for New Boiler
As agreed Raj came on time and completed the job. Just needed a gas certificate done but he advised to do boiler servicing at the same time with extra £50 which I agreed to. In the end job costed me altogether £190 as he found a minor leak from the seal at the meter (outside the house) but I think he was fair enough to fix it and issue the gas certificate! Thank you Raj!
