Rob replied to add and I took up service. I was on budget so took time to take plenty of pictures and order materials before hand so he did not have to make multiple trips. Rob turned up on time, prepared surfaces, etc so not to make a mess. Rob was obviously a straight forward guy with good heart .. he did a really nice job at the price we'd agreed even though it was harder and took longer than expected. I'd have no hesitation using again myself and recommending to others.

Great communication, was really fast responding to any questions I had about the fittings or the job. I was kept involved in all the decision making processes and the work involved, which was nice. Managed to agree on the work, source the fittings and have the bathroom updated within the space of two weeks! Clearly very knowledgeable and put a lot of work into the job. Definitely recommend Rob and no doubt will keep in contact for future work.

Received a very reasonable quote within a couple of hours of posting. Work was carried out within 2 days of the quote and completed to a high standard. Rob from RLM kept me informed throughout the work (as it was a rental property). Would definitely recommend and use again in the future for any plumbing requirements.
