Very pleased. We agreed a date and the young man reviewed the job, gave an explanation and an option to repair or replace and quotes for both options. He explained what the issues might be and why it might not be possible to repair. He did a very good job and I am happy with the results. He was very polite and I felt entirely comfortable with him and his assistant in my home. I would recommend him and as far as I know it was a fair price

Turned up when he said. Earlier engineer thought the boiler issue was due to the boiler’s broken PCB but Robin established it wasn’t -It was the pump! Pump and filter changed. Boiler worked perfectly. Robin went the extra mile to make sure the radiators were properly working before we signed off the job. Good communication throughout. Highly recommended.
