never turned up at time, correct day for quote, said he forgot? second appointment , Same? Asked if he had insurance? His answer, what do you need that for?? Then never got back in touch?

I'm impressed of Ross skills, all my squeaky stairs are the past, they are lovely quiet and looking amazing with new laminate. It's a very honest 5 and I'll hire Ross for rest of the rooms in my house ????
