Spot on. Arrived on time. Asked what had happened. Went on the roof, explained it was just a tile. Gave me a break down of what was happening on the riff so I could understand. I said book yourself in. Told me they will let me know. Got a call the following morning to say it was done Also had pictures of before and after. Very very pleased
