Install New Kitchen Onsite
Revamp and Renew Building Solutions came to complete a small and basic kitchen fit arriving on time and was well presented daily. It was agreed a day rate would be acceptable having been advised by the kitchen supplier 2 days would be enough to fit the kitchen therefore 3 days was agreed and within the budget discussed. Lack of experience in fitting kitchens did however show quickly with 3 days allocated for a basic kitchen to be fitted that was left unfinished due to lack of knowledge and experience in this field. A pre-made oven unit fitted upside down, wall units not secured at the bottoms, a base end panel not cut correctly replaced at the customers expense made the job not only much longer but challenging in areas to put right. This kitchen fit didn’t then involve appliances being installed instead completed by myself. The kitchen was left with no sink cut in, worktops not secured, soft close systems, draws, cornice, oven panels, extraction panels and plinths, all not fitted. Revamp and Renew Building Solutions did work on for extend periods of time after hours to aim to finish the job and also left the kitchen in a clean state but unfortunately this job wasn’t completed within the agreed time and therefore price to a standard expected for the circumstances.
Revamp and Renew Building SolutionsHi, I do have experience, if you didn’t rush me and was willing to pay the price there would have not have been a mistake. That mistake was sorted straight away! The previous kitchen fitter didn’t come as he knew it would have been more than 2 days work and £800 was cheap for that kitchen! It at least 4 days and no-one would complete the job for in 2 days that why I said day rate as I wasn’t losing out. I wasn’t willing to work for free even stayed on late to try and get it completed but there was no way. Told you one more day on it and it would have been completed. You said you complete it as you were on a budget, that your choice. I wish i never took the job on to be honest as it done my head not being able complete it. Live and learn, won’t be doing it again!
Levelling Bathroom Floor Post-Leak
What a god send! Jesse sorted out a leak from my toilet which had gone through layers of flooring, ending up with most of the floor being replaced. He is polite, punctual, good communication, keeps everything tidy and cleans up after himself, he’s got great attention to detail, and likes to get a job done properly. Would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to others.

Renew Shed Roof, Possible Timber Work
Great job done, striping and renewing my extra large and difficult shaped summerhouse/shed roof. Jesse was punctual, friendly and cleaned up after himself well. He was also very trustworthy as I left him in my home to continue working while I went to work. I will definitely be asking him to complete future jobs for me. His price was fair and competitive.

Jesse came to fix a squeaky floor but found the levels of the floor were well out of level Installed new flooring made level in the bedroom and on suite Floor stopped squeaking😁😁
Remove load bearing wall and install rsj
Couldn't be happier with the work Jesse and Arron carried out at my house . Instaling rsj and replastering. They where Very clean and tidy, reasonably priced and always in contact with myself if there was an issue before progressing with job. Would highly recommend this company and will certainly be having them back to carry out more work on my house in the near future 10/10 for service gents. P.s you may find your saw when you come back 😃
