Hello,
My name is Wes and I am the Managing Director of Renovation Services and Maintenance Limited.
I have 27 years of experience and an extensive background in construction and maintenance on both small and large scale projects.
In the past I have worked as the Maintenance Manager on a large country estate looking after the day to day maintenance issues of a grade one listed stately home, stables, associated outbuildings and over 40 cottages, including renovations, painting and decorating, both kitchen and bathroom fittings, plumbing issues, roofing, fencing, concreting and an array of other construction tasks.
Having started my own limited company I already have many happy clients including both residential property owners and a prestigious private school where I maintain the buildings, gardens and grounds all year round.
I hold many qualifications but importantly for your peace of mind a City and Guilds in basic construction, Health and Safety, I am fully insured for £5 million public liability insurance.
Punctual, reliable and with reasonable prices there is no job too small.
Fully Covid secure, I am fully vaccinated and will wear a mask if you request me to whilst in your home.
