Anthony visited and quoted for the job - very professional quote. We thought it impressive to receive to written quotation so pursued them for an early date and we settled on 10/07/25. The company texted us to ask if they could start at 8.00a.m. (giving us. choice) 8am was fine by us . Anthony and Johnathan were no quicker through the door than the dust sheets were being placed over the carpeted floors. We were advised to remove any breakable items. Then plastic sheeting went over the rest. Painting blocker first to areas of the bathroom and toilet-cloakroom due to leaks from the above apartment. Whilst that was drying the 7mtr x 4 tMr Lounge ceiling plus coving were being sanded were necessary then painted. Anthony tackled this area with absolute ease and used good quality Dulux Vinyl Matt paint with two coats including coving. In addition dealt with a annoying fine crack by filling and sanding - it transform the look of the lounge.. in the afternoon, two coats of paint were given to the Toilet-cloakroom and the bathroom including the coving. We were delighted. We would definitely call upon Refurb and Maintenance Ltd again. Thank you Anthony and Johnathan for an amazing job and light hearted wit, All professionally handled.

We engaged Anthony to retile our hallway, rip out 3 wardrobes, install 1 wardrobe, replace skirting, paint 5 rooms (including the woodwork) and a banister, patch up several holes, hang multiple light fixtures and large paintings. He honoured his quote, arrived on time and worked long hours in order to meet our deadline (including weekends) and is a very hard worker and a pleasant person - which is so important considering they are in your home for extended periods of time. Throughout the project, we ended up having to add on work here and there and Anthony would always quote us first and made sure we were ok with it before starting work, which ensured there was no dispute in costs. He was also very responsive throughout and was able to advise us on materials we needed to buy. Overall we are happy with the work and it was done to a good standard.

Tony did a brilliant job even though it was more than he had anticipated. Stuck to his quote, worked weekends, and finished it to a high standard. Added bonus is that he’s also a top guy. Would happily recommend him to anyone.

Anthony repaired and replace outdoor window sills and smoothed and painted the outside walls of our house. He was personable, reliable and completed the work to a high standard. We would use him again.
