Fix Leak in Flat Roof
Gave quote for roof to be fixed with fibreglass. Once the job was complete I found the tin he had used in the bin and it was just a bitumen adhesive, which I had already used myself and it didn't work. I had already explained this to him. Also agreed to a 5 year warranty but only put 12 months on the invoice. I now can't get in touch with him and he is ignoring my messages.
