Apply Waterproof Paint To Roof
I had to have the whole roof replaced with metal roof sheets it was replaced in places with pieces of roof sheets in places there are 3 pieces on top of other pieces of roof sheet the prices he quoted was sides of roof to match roof with metal cladding Instead he screwed the plastic cladding that was already fitted to the wood that was already fitted and was partially rotten so needed replacing. He filled in any gaps with expanding foam . l am having to go around and fill gaps with foam where l can see day light on the side of the roof He said he would leave an invoice through the door l am still waiting nearly a month later. He was left to get on with the job as both my wife and l both work even the tech screws did not go into the roof bars under the sheets He quoted £650 to dispose of the roof sheets when I said no he dropped the price by £300.00 . When he took the job there was no mention of paying extra for the disposal of the sheets he said he had a waste carriers licence he said the sheets were a low grade hazard I am having to dispose of the old sheets my self
