After many false starts because of the insurance company Rafal was able to change my kitchen tap. Rafal turned up on arranged day at time chosen. Rafal was always polite and did the job cleanly and with no fuss. Rafal acted very professionally, he explained anything I asked about. Rafal did a good job, and I am happy with the result.
