I’m a local Gas Safe registered engineer based in Tyne & Wear
I’m getting in touch to ask whether you are currently fully covered for gas compliance, or if you require any additional support.
I carry out:
- Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12) £45 & 10 Per extra appliances
- Boiler servicing £65
- Void-property gas safety checks and cap-offs
I can carry out repairs, and i focus on quick turnaround servicing and compliance work.
I’m available:
- Weekdays from 5pm onwards
- Weekends between 8am and 5pm
I work to a clear and competitive rate structure for CP12s and servicing, with no call-out charges and no obligation quotes.
