With nearly 25 years of industry experience under his belt, founder Steve established Quoin and Oak driven by his passion for the restoration, repair and refurbishment of traditional buildings. With Steve and the team's extensive skill set in the heritage sector, we're able to embrace a comprehensive range of projects, from conversions, extensions, and renovations, to repairs, no matter the size. Quoin and Oak can act as the Principal Contractor for larger projects such as conversions and extensions. Fully insured, and compliant with current building regulations, we're well-versed in the intricacies of liasing with officers from relevant local authorities. Collaborating closely with clients, architects, building control, and a network of qualified local tradespeople we ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard.
