Replace Mixer Tap and Drain Flap
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. He recommended and purchased a tap for me without checking my home’s water pressure first. Once installed, the pressure was unusable. Although he returned to try and fix it, the issue was simply that the tap he chose was incompatible with my system. Despite this professional oversight, I was charged a very high rate. I eventually hired a second plumber who diagnosed the pressure issue immediately, supplied the correct tap, and charged half the price. I would not recommend this service due to the lack of technical knowledge and inflated pricing.
Providence Plumbing and Heating LtdThat’s not just true, this Customer asked me to buy a tap and uninstall the existing tap and install a new tap. I got to tool station and choose two different taps which I took pictures of them and sent to her to make a choice. She chose and I make payment . I then proceeded from Orpington to Maidstone to install the tap. Before my journey to her house, I told her the cost of the tap and charge for the labour which she agreed and confirmed. After the installation, I called her to confirm and after her confirmation I left, then she called me when I almost home that she’s that the pressure has reduced. I returned to her and checked the pressure. I adjusted the isolation valve for better pressure but she wanted the hot water to be at the same pressure as that of cold outlet. I made her to understand that cold water pressure is always high than that of hot water . Any professional plumber can tell you that.
