When the time came for Nderim to renovate his own personal apartment, he faced a great challenge, having to juggle many contractors for several separate jobs. When renovating the bathroom alone, he had to call several separate companies to undertake different parts of the job; a tile setter for tiling, a plumber for bathroom fitting, and a decorator for painting. This was not only a stressful experience for Nderim but also proved to be quite time-consuming.
Nderim realised that there lacked an integrated service provider for all aspects of refurbishment. He felt that others like him, looking to renovate their properties would save a lot of time, hassle and money by using a full service that would cover all aspects of the required job. This void provided an opportunity for the refurbishment enthusiast to create a company that provides services for all aspects of renovation and maintenance. And so Property Solution Services N.A.B was born.
In its humble beginnings, Property Solution Services N.A.B’s first job was to simply remove wallpapers from a flat in North West London. Today the company has truly workers, and we are proud to say that Property Solution Services N.A.B has become one of the most competitively priced, quality-focused companies in and around London.
