Replace Broken Roof Tile Two Storey
Repair Broken Tile On Pitched Roof Found a broken tile whilst cleaning the gutters. Put a temporary patch on in case of rain before I could get it repaired. Advertised the job on this site and others. I had some calls and two offers to come and take a look. Neither of these actually came out. Gabriel contacted me and after some delays because of schedule arrive on the day and time that was agreed. After taking pictures of the roof he explained the situation regarding work required. I was sure that is was not a straight replacement as I could see for myself when I applied the patch. Gabriel quoted me a price to which I agreed. I kept me up to date on his progress and completed the job in my opinion to a very good standard. Gabriel seemed like a nice guy, very friendly and communicative. He left the area as he had found it which has not been the case in the past with other tradesmen. I would recommend Gabriel to anyone in need of roof repair.

Moss Removal and Gutter Repair
I had two people quote for cleaning the moss and then Gabriel took one look at the discolouration down the walls and said the roof membrane was failing at the edges so some of the water was seeping down the walls. I was concerned having had two people say something different but what he said made sense as each year it was getting worse even tho I'd kept getting the gutters cleaned, and then he took pics of the damage, and also he just sounded like he really knew what he was talking about from the off. Also, after Gabriel quoted, someone else also said it was the membrane so that made my mind up. He gave me a price either for doing the whole roof or just the first metre as the edges wear first - the pictures also showed this. He worked really hard and when he finished cleaned everything up - also very important! He gave me before and after pics so I could see exactly what it looked like and what he'd done and I was so pleased it had been spotted and rectified before it led to more serious issues. I have peace of mind I made the right choice, would def hire again. Highly recommended NB he doesn't take credit cards
