After many years in the Army and in the corporate world I decided to start Proclean ECS from my base in Billinge . Since starting I have gained great knowledge and qualifications in commercial, pressure washing, chemical spraying and specialist re-colouring of all types of driveway, Safecontractor approved for commercial projects such as cladding cleaning and specialist stone cleaning and treatments ,CIS registered and 5M insurance.
