LOCAL BUILDING CONTROL notification included & provided for ALL “NOTIFIABLE” work. The Law requires that all “NOTIFIABLE” works be correctly notified & registered with your LOCAL BUILDING CONTROL via the ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE process. (An electrician who is not a registered "COMPETENT PERSON" will have to make an application & pay Local Building Control to do these tests & no doubt, pass the costs on to the customer - On average, & depending on the local authority, these costs can be around £300). We are registered, so YOU will NOT have to pay this charge
FULL CERTIFICATION included & provided for ALL work. (All works, however small, should be fully tested & certified via the MINOR ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION WORKS CERTIFICATE to ensure the safety of yourself, family & property, assuring your peace of mind. Some insurance companies & mortgage lenders are now asking for certificates for any electrical modifications in your home or before any insurance claim or mortgage lending can take place
The ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORT is not a legal requirement yet (LANDLORDS BEWARE), but will soon become so under certain conditions, such as moving home, letting your property, insurance. We can advise, consult, test & produce the requisite certification if required
