Replace Leaking Stop Cock
Had a leaking stopcock since last night and was in a bit of a panic, but Genc came out at the last minute after contacting me this morning and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly outgoing, friendly, and helpful from the moment he arrived. What I really appreciated was how clearly he explained what he was doing at each step, he made sure I understood the issue and how he was fixing it, which really put my mind at ease. You don’t often get that level of communication and professionalism. Highly recommend him for plumbing and electrical purposes.
