Replace Old Gas Hob with New
- unreliable : charged me extra & promised a receipt and I have never ever recieved a receipt and I have chased it. - messy : left silicone all over my kitchen and sink - unprofessional : plumbed in my hot & cold water taps the WRONG WAY Around all they needed to do was switch the tap tops around before installing it. *I tried to contact Nathan Gittens several times after the works to at least have a full VAT RECEIPT but NO RECIEPT or INVOICE. Generally unprofessional and I will never use again. be warned
Boiler Check for House Purchase
Unfortunately, this contractor was supposed to come for a boiler check and didn't show up owing to the van breaking down. I gave him another chance as this things happen, and he stood me up a second time, this time without notice. Not only that, he took me days to get hold of him after that, only to have a vague reply- saying that he was waiting to hear back from the contractor who was supposed to come. Unacceptable behaviour
Change Sink Water to Hard Water
Despite an initial positive interaction, the guys didn't turn up to do the job and didn't get me any pre-warning, I had to chase them, once I did, I was met with unprofessionalism, a bad experience and firm I would avoid.
Replace Dual Fuel Cooker
He was prompt on time very polite and professional Did an amazing job I will recommend him

Connect New Double Gas Cooker
Nathan was the only company interested that actually sent me a quote straight away and that was part of the reason why I chose him. Nathan was very friendly and helpful, answered any questions that I had and went the extra mile to make sure everything was safe before finishing the job. Unfortunately it may have to be disconnected again after we found some faults with the cosmetics side. I would highly recommend Nathan and would definitely use him again. Thank you again and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Replace Leaking Kitchen Tap

Remove and Recycle Gas Cooker
Nathan came and removed our cooker along with disconnected the gas . He was very helpful and talked us through what he was doing and answered all the question we had for him

Fantastic service! The gas hob installation was done quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. The installer was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. Truly wonderful work — highly recommend!
Replace Gas Appliances with Electric
I was very pleased at the efficient way that the gas hob, boiler and electric were dismantled and replaced. The work proved to be more complex due to space confines. I am very satisfied.
