Premiere Projects is a small construction company that caters for all your house refurbishments needs. We believe in excellence and are meticulous in planning and execution of all projects.
Over the past 20 years we have designed and built a variety of projects of which include; garage conversions, bathroom and kitchen installations and alterations, extensions and landscaping and paving.
Fully qualified in Electrical installation, testing and inspection. NICEIC fully approved contractor. Works completed in this sector include: industrial three phase motors, installation of three phase fuse boards and machine installation. Commercial projects include: specialist LED lighting upgrades, fire alarms and smoke vent systems, door intercom and video entry systems. Domestic upgrades include: rewire, fuse board upgrades to the new 18th Edition regulations, LED lighting upgrade, landlord certification, security lighting and additional sockets including for specialist areas such as bathrooms.
Premiere Projects is also a specialist in Wet Room design and installation for the home adaptation sector of local government grants in the South East working with: Medway, Tonbridge and Malling, Sevenoaks and Kent county council.
