Premier & General Limited is a construction company in London and the Home Counties. We offer a range of building services, including loft conversions, new builds and house extensions.
Fully insured, friendly, well mannered and very professional.
Our clients can choose from two types of construction packages. Design and Build – when our architect works with you to prepare the structural and architectural drawings and secure permission from your Local Authority, before our skilled builders complete the construction. Our experienced interior designers can help you create bespoke house interiors, which will match your personality.
Or, if you have already hired an architect to do the design, we can build your new home or house extension following your existing plans and specifications. We work under fully insured conditions and we are so confident in the quality of the building work that we provide to all our client’s with a ten to fifteen-year structural warranty. We have built a lasting relationship with our clients, who are happy to recommend our services.
