I've been completing full HMO properties from ripping out 3 bedroom terrace homes in the Portsmouth area to turning into 7 bed ensuit HMO properties with 50 sqm²+ loft conversions with all new Internal studwork. Also completing all the second fix requirements specialising in kitchens doors and flooring. I have been doing carpentry and running HMO properties for 10 years now. And posses full public liability insurance's.
