I am a reliable, honest and hardworking maintenance worker with experience in HMO property maintenance. I am responsible for the upkeep, repairs and general maintenance of three HMO properties, ensuring they are kept to a high standard at all times.
I have practical experience in minor and medium repair works, general maintenance and fault fixing. The properties I maintain have been fully refurbished by myself, mostly outside of my full-time job.
In my free time, I regularly carry out renovation and maintenance work, allowing me to continuously develop my skills. I work carefully, on time and with strong attention to HMO standards, safety and tenant comfort.
