Assemble 2 Seater Sofa Bed
We bought a sofa bed for our son who has moved into a studio to start uni. He could not put it together so we got PM contractors Ltd to set it up for him. Very quick service as they arrived the next day and put it up within an hour. Good communication throughout.

Do not hire this man. This is a genuine review and I want to save anyone else the hassle. Most of the work done is terrible. Some days he didn’t turn up. One day no tools. Got drunk one day and then called the next day to say he can’t come as he’s hungover. My brother had to correct a lot of the work done. He started off ok but was hit and Miss. the last days work he done was so bad I’m now looking for a carpenter to correct his work. However some of his work was ok. Not sure if he just couldn’t be bothered. He left for a week to start another before finishing my job. Would turn up at 08.30 then at 09.30 go off for 50 minutes for breakfast. Work until 1-1.30 then off again for and 50/60 minutes for lunch. I don’t understand it. In a normal job you have breakfast before work then at work tea/smoke break then have lunch break. I think he was a drinker.smelled alcohol on him most mornings. He was an ok guy and trusted him in my home and he possibly can be quite skilled in carpentry but as I said it was hit and Miss and very unreliable. This is a genuine review and I really don’t want to destroy anyone’s reputation but at the same time need to be honest
Install 4m Handrail on Stairs
Handrail was fitted but large holes were left in the wall where drilling had happened in the wrong place. The contractor said he was not able to fill the holes so we had to repair the wall ourselves. Also the job was delayed by 2 days by the contractor. Overall the job was done, but it was a bit messy and late.
Reversing Door and Fixing Drawer Bracket
Good communication beforehand, excellent job and very helpful with information regarding other work. Would definitely recommend
Assemble Large TV Stand Unit
Completed job. Was professional and on time. Managed to complete job even with a missing piece.
Expand Kitchen Worktop Space
Job completed well, in a timely manner.

Very professional and efficient. Definitely will be using him again if needed
