I have been in the building industry for over 30 years from a small ground work project or extension to full design and planning and building regulations i am a fully qualified quantity surveyer and can do full bill of quantity ie from the amount of earth that needs removing to every single material down to completion weather it be a small kitchen and bath room extension to a complete self build housing estate no job to small or to big as i have several out side trades i use all year round and our own plant hire and machines if needed and land fill to take all earth and sub soils away saves a fortune on skip hire and excess tipping tax charges also our own sand and gravel and concrete supplies and merchants licence that gives us the edge that save clients at least on total build cost of around 22% on materials. we also have 2 qualified site Agents that can over see projects to make sure every thing is done to building control Standards and will sign project off with building control once project is completed finalized this is if you wish to use another builder or do the project management your selves we can help in all aspects of your needs down to a Garden shed base or full garden design we have aspects of building and ground works under one roof ,
