Bathroom Installation
Paul is a wonderful human being. He is very reasonable and very honest. Not only he is a top class professional but he also has a very good heart. He is very helpful and is still helping me with all aspect of my project. The job is still ongoing but I have no doubt he will finish it to a very good standard. I strongly recommend Paul.

Paul has 40 years experience (which you can tell that from his knowledge the quality of work). He will deal with you equitably and professionally no matter the job.

Paul was really nice in helping out with the job. he went over and above and ensured the system is running normally. He didn't hurry up the job, which I liked a lot.

We have an old house and instead of having a "No, I can't fix that" or "The quote I gave you doesn't cover what needs to be done," Paul had a great positive attitude. He was very friendly, came on time and kept me informed of what needed doing and why. Excellent service throughout.

Very understanding and respectful. Explained what was causing the problem. He fixed my radiator and I haven't had a problem since. I am happy and recommend him to anyone with radiator problems.
Bathroom Installation
Completely unprofessional. Arranged a date for fitting he didn't even turn up. Took a day off work to arrange another day and then again a no show. Then third time and again a no show. Text and call him to see what's going on and doesn't answer or pick up calls and then makes excuses. Then the 4th time when scheduled for a fitting he did not turn up and then have the audacity to lie and say he turned up when he didn't. Thankfully we have a ring doorbell which picks up whoever comes towards the property. Really don't appreciate being lied to. Don't waste your time guys! He's not worth your time.... Will probably make excuses and then pretend to turn up and lie. Waste of time. Not worth it.
