Did a really good job of sorting problem and did it quickly, plus very likeable. Only reason not 5 stars is left a bit of mess and slight damage to edge of our shower tray which we need to get patched up.

Toilet and Sink Installation
The job was not complete to a good finish at all. There were tile spaces left down my sink waste, they got the grout everywhere, all over my door, my walls, it stained the sink and toilet baseb somehow. The mastic was a lumpy mess and looked like a child had done it. They drilled a hole through my wall and left dangerously large nails poking out the other side. The toilet was initially fitted wonky. They came back and fixed the nails in the wall and readjusted the toilet but I was still unhappy with the overall look and finish of it. Plus they overcharged me and lied to me about getting me a discount at topps tiles.
