Did the work in a reasonable time. Only concern was the price he charged. At first he said £80 for call out charge and then £20 per hour. On the day he looked at the job wanted £400 in total. I agreed in the hope he would drop his price since he only worked for three hours. That would make him earn £133 per hour.

Phoenix electricalThis price was given as a day rate including any parts required this also included adding an isolator for an extractor fan and remedial works for a failed eicr issued by others i allowed for unforseen fault finding that could taken any length of time anybody in the trade will understand this and please do research to check this its my true belief and feeling i offered a good service with value for money as i also issued a passed certificate for the installation that are normally charged at £200 i hope my explanation is satisfactory regards
