Repair Leaking Roof and Replace Tiles
Pender Exteriors attended to inspect a roof leak at my property and carried out repairs to slipped, damaged and missing slates. The roofer explained clearly what he found, also pointed out other areas of the roof that may need attention in the future, and provided a proper invoice for the work. Communication was good, the job was completed professionally, and the price was reasonable. We are now waiting for the next period of heavy rain to fully confirm that the leak has been resolved. I was pleased with the service and would be happy to use Pender Exteriors again.

Fix Leak at Gutter Downpipe Joint
On 4th September, I hired this company to fix a dripping gutter. We initially agreed on a quote of £300. After inspecting the site, they claimed the gutter was tilted and asked if I wanted it repaired. I agreed, but they did not provide an updated quote beforehand, stating they would give me a "final price" upon completion. They ended up charging me £680. To make matters worse, the gutter was still leaking after they left. When I contacted them about the ongoing issue, they promised to return on 11th September to resolve it. However, on 11th September, they claimed they were too busy and postponed it to the following week. When I followed up the next Monday to confirm a date and time, they completely ignored my messages. It now appears they have blocked me on WhatsApp altogether. I paid £680 in good faith, yet the leak remains completely unfixed and they have cut off all communication. Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy service. Avoid at all costs.
PENDER EXTERIORSWhat this customer has forgot to mention that they got there full roof scraped free of moss gutters cleaned facias soffits cleaned. The job is 50 miles of a distance and customer has been reassured that the problem will be rectified as soon as possible. And communication has not been cut off

Lee and his team installed 2 windows and repair the roof of slipped and loose slates. We are very happy with his work, fast efficient. Lee and his team respected the property during this time. Job was complete and cleared within the 2 days. Lee also provides an after service, ensuring that we remain happy with the work he carried out or if any further issues arise.
