Gutter maintenance. I.E clearing out and also cleaning over inc facias,sofits and cladding,repairs and re seals,new rubbers and re altering of gutters .All work off a ladder.so only 2 storey.i can rich so far across with 4 metre pole to clear out if conservatory in the way but washing down obviously bit of issue then.
Window/door and conservatory maintenance
I.e misted units replaced,
Floppy or broken handles
Rubbers replaced
Hinges changed
Locks/cylinders serviced or replaced
