Remove Conifer Hedge Cuttings and Waste
After arrival, he doubled the price we agreed. Considering that he came from far away and his initial quote is based on my description over the phone (it is one skip amount according to two offers a few months ago and he said his van is 3 times a skip) without physical viewing, I agreed. But half way through, he changed again. He only loaded about 2/3 of all the waste, saying his van cannot take all (there were some furniture waste already in the van, about 1/3 full), the remaining will be additional with extra charge on the next day. This is not the right way doing a business, no more hire.
Palmers waste ltdSorry you felt this way Peter but the conversation we had over the phone before the job was completely different to when I saw the job in person plus the quote i gave you over the phone was a rough estimate. When I gave you the final quote when I saw the job in person you was ok with it. I did tell you if you’re not happy with the quote I’ll leave the job and you can find someone else. But you still wanted me to clear and dispose everything. Have a nice day and take care.
